Changed your mind or received a faulty item? Here's what to do.
If you change your mind about an online retail purchase, you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Faulty items are covered by your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
How to start a return
Email mdkggroupltd@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions.
Refunds
Refunds are made to the original payment card. Once a return is received and checked, we'll process the refund within 14 days.
Business purchases
Purchases made for business purposes are not covered by consumer cancellation rights. If goods are faulty, contact us and we'll put it right.
